Farinas Ilocos Empanada, now a well-known Filipino restaurant, specializing in serving authentic and famous Ilocano food.  Fie Food Corporation was established in December 2011 by owners Brian and Hazel Farinas, with the goal of having Filipinos in the metro experience and enjoy fresh and authentic Ilocano dishes.  We bring in 100% fresh products straight from Ilocos all the way to Metro Manila and other nearby provinces. 

Fariñas Ilocos Empanada opened its first branch in December 2011 by Brian Fariñas, his wife Hazel, and their 3 children. Born and raised in Laoag, Ilocos Norte, Brian grew up fond of Ilokano cuisine. His love and passion for his hometown and its food were also reciprocated by his family, which is why they decided to bring to Metro Manila one of the most sought after delicacies in Ilocos–the Ilocos Empanada. Their first branch was a huge hit as curious metropolitans flocked to the humble 4 sqm stall to get a taste of an authentic ilocos empanada, made with fresh ingredients delivered straight from Ilocos. With the success of the empanadas, they were determined to offer a wider variety of Ilokano dishes; thus, opening a larger branch. A couple of restaurants later, they decided to scale up their business by opening to franchising so that more people can have a taste of their indulgent food. 

Presently, Fariñas Ilocos Empanada has more than 50 branches in Luzon, while carrying with them the very same mission of offering authentic ilokano dishes all over the Philippines.
